Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we have a slightly different approach to returns than large-scale retailers. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging with any tags or labels intact.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return

Your order number
The reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
2. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival).

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Hoori Handmade.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
